How to organize a erc20 airdrop!

I see there are a lot of airdrops some have up to 10.000 members!
But sending this coins manually is way to much work!
Does someone know how to sent an airdrop automaticly to all members!
So lets say you sent to 10.000 ETH adresses 0.008% & 10% for the team to 1 ETH adress & 10% bounty to 1 ETH adress!
If there is a way to do this after the token is created is even better! If not then the way in the token creation contract!

I will reward $30 in Bitcoin or ETH to the first one to give me a working solution!

Have you tried using google docs? Spreedsheets?
or just hire someone to the the work for you and give him that 30 bucks

However, it's better to do it yourself anyway and gain some technical experience if you are planning to do something more than airdrop-dump tokens.

1. Create Google Form about the airdrop
2. Delete suspicious accounts from Google Spreadsheet with the Airdrop data
3. Use some API to send tokens.

It will cost you a lot of gas anyway.
