I sent 2 deposit to C-Cex account from my Windows wallet and Mpos-pools but never receive it. On the blockchain cannot track infor for any transaction after December, 17th 2017. I ask C-Cex for support but they cannot help. This is what I sent to C-Cex: Hello,

All my deposit transactions after 17th Dec 2017 to my address is wWxmR9hAGDESZizZEdeTyNHvvwi94e6o2W that have not been found on the blockchain but I still receive the coin Except 2 transactions above, you can see in my History.
I do not know where or who to ask for help, only you maybe know how to help me.
