Yuck. Feels scammy. Good idea. Would love to have a place for something like this, but the way you're going about starting it is not safe for any would-be experts.
I'd give advice on how to make this better, but I feel that I'll be helping some no-name scammers steal money.
In the least, please post who you are and who your team is, in an easy to find location. That's a start.

It was started as a small resource site for our referrals as 'something extra' to help them build their own teams. We take no money from anyone directly, it's strictly an information/collaboration portal to improve our team members investments.
I currently am the only developer in the project and the idea is not to have 'experts' per say as not all of the people joining the team will be experts, in-fact it will be mostly the opposite. New people looking to learn how to make their Crypto endeavors successful.
Really would be interested in hearing any pointers you or anyone else might have on how I should approach it?
