Shady projects list

Stumbled across this one guy that is promoting multiple projects and some of them seems "legit" and shady at same time. I mean they "apparently seem legit" and well put together but I have very serious doubts they are. Tell me what you think about them, if you find some other projects similar to this post and I will add to the thread.

Initial posts in the local Philiphines forum, in August was looking for signatures campagins and all of a sudden announces this GoNetwork - Winner of ETHWaterloo - World's Largest Ethereum Hackathon project ICO.

why with all the project you mentioned above ?
not all project can be succed, this is crypto sometimes a good project can be failed too,
because there is a lot of reason why the project can be failed

Because they are all from the same person? A member that some months ago was doing bounties and all of a sudden is running ICOs.

Very raised a lot of projects, I want to say is that PayPie is a liar project, and the packaging is particularly good, the team took the money left, let me lose 6000usd, very angry.
