What is the point for strategic investors to throw out all the tokens on the market given that they need it for work?

There are many reasons - from the desire to immediately profit, to a forced sale in order to obtain liquidity.

My understanding of the Development Fund is this: This money is used for market expansion of the pool of funds, can be used for marketing, can protect the disk, is always maintaining 30% of the total share as a development fund?
