My understanding of the Development Fund is this: This money is used for market expansion of the pool of funds, can be used for marketing, can protect the disk, is always maintaining 30% of the total share as a development fund?

yes, Exscudo has such a scheme. However, Travelchain admin already said that their blockchain supports ETH and BTC anyways. So it'll be even easier for you.

I use ETH. But I'll wait for the answer from the developers, I wonder how they realized the scheme of investment taking into account their own blockchain.

We have a payment gateway which will generate a personal address where you'll send your currency: BTC, ETH or LTC (yes, we've added LiteCoin ) and then the system will send tokens to your wallet, according to the current exchange rate of the crypto.

Hence the question - after ICO, you will withdraw the collected funds in Fiat to protect your budget or will you store and spend in crypto-currencies?

We'll distribute funds according to the situation and the plan. Our main expenses will go on marketing and development, some will be payed with fiat, some with crypto. It depends
