My friends used bitpay however i didn't cash any. So i am not a expert in this situation but i heard that they do it from bitpay most of the time.

So i think it is trusted and safe to cash out and have your money from it.

Well I used to no longer deal with exchanges, services or whatever that sends direct money to my bank.
Why ? I just think it's too complicated for me and it shouldn't be that hard.

What I did was that I found a trader on localbitcoins that buys bitcoins for CASH in hand any time. That was an amazing solution for me. What I did next was that I got a little bit more social and started getting into local discussion and trading groups on whatsapp.

This made me meet way more traders who are willing to pay cash for btc and soon enough I got in touch with them.

So yeah I found one which had a much much better price per btc than the guys on localbitcoins.com and I deal with him and two others whenever I want to sell. So, I'd suggest you take a similar route to mine.

Use an exchanger like poloniex, bittrex, coinbase, etc. and transfer it to your local btc wallet for easy to cash out in your local currency.
it is the easiest way to get bitcoin, by buying it. I think this is very easy and not complicated. simply verify the data yourself in exchang and bitcoin can be easily purchased instantly

Actually this must be on the beginners section as it was more of a newbie thing discussion, you can even have more information about this matter on that place than here. But never mind, I will answer it accordingly.

Most bitcoin users need to have wallets, most of us uses online wallet like Coinbase and the like depending on the availability in each country. I will suggest to used more of a local wallet provider that is well-known or widely used in your country of origin, so that many features will be opened. Like bank transfers and many more.

As others have mentioned there are various exchanges that will allow you to withdraw your bitcoin to fiat, you will need to abide by their KYC - know your customer process which means confirming your identify which might take some time.

You could also use a debit card which you can find loads of information about by searching the forum, with any option you choose there will be fees involved in the conversion.
