Would Equal Mining Power for all be considered Ideal?

I've been working on a currency for a while now.  And I know how to give everyone a decentralized ID.

I think that this would be ideal for a currency, basically everyone earns a portion of the token in exchange for creating this decentralized ID (created by vouching for each other) and then they can use these decentralized IDs to mine and everyone can mine with equal mining power.

It's energy efficient, I know how to make it high performance, and increased decentralization means increased trustlessness.

What do you think?
