Blockchain.info second password

Hi

Is there a way to recover the second password in Blockchain?
i have the recover wallet file but i cant import it as it encrypted.

Few months ago i have set this second password and it was not working... i was able to send BTC without the wallet asking for this second password.
Now after more than 2 month it started working an asking me for that password i dont remember.

No, they are encrypted client-side. That means blockchain does not know your password, they only hold your encrypted wallet.
