Transfer between Exchanges : Bittrex to Poloniex with less fees

I am searching for interesting coin in withdrawal fee and deposit fees to transfer from Bittrex to Poloniex
Thought of Ripple first because of very low transactions fees on other exchanges and lightning transfer, but it's 5 XRP fee for withdraw in Bittrex instead of 0,2 on Kraken for example

Do you have some good hints on transfering money from one exchange to another not losing too much on fees?

DOGE has been cheap and fast and offers fine granulation. But obtaining DOGE and getting them onto market again is a pain, since of this huge spread. This worked above the 50 satoshi level, on 16 not worth the trouble anymore.
But the idea stays going for low notation value high marketcap altcoins. POT, STR, NEM

I have not seen a way to avoid the fees if you still want to play among the major leagues coin and because the fee is always implicit meaning it is always calculated before sending the amount. I don't know about those 2 exchnages but the only option out of it is to consider their fees in relation to other reputable exchnages site and also look out for those ones that have the option of either confirming your withdrawal at once or those who will give the option of batch processing at a lower fee.

As someone mentioned, DOGE transaction fees are very cheap, but the problem is liquidity. You may end up having to sell 1 satoshi/coin or more below your buying price if you want to quickly enter and exit the market. At these prices, that ends up being 6% + that you are losing in value, so it's not worth it.

For low-value transactions from exchanges, LTC is one of the better coins to use. It's a much more liquid market, so you won't need to worry about slippage as much. You also need to consider trading commissions in these situations; you are generally paying 0.2-0.25% on each side of the trade.

This same question has been brought to me by my colleague and told me that he found a solution for it. Please take note that this is almost 3-4 months ago so I don't know if this is still applicable. He told me to use LTC instead of BTC when transferring money between exchanges and he told me that this should be lesser than the fees being paid to the BTC network. I haven't done this in real life but he told me that he's been doing this for quite some time. Still, I don't know if this will still work but this might provide some idea.

I found converting to litecoin then transfering was cheaper than other coins but fee will change depending on exchange used.
