Simply because bitcoin's price is currently too volatile to be used as a payment of those big tech companies. I'm pretty sure companies of that caliber wouldn't want to put their company on a huge risk of losing money.

With the volatility that bitcoin has, it's better they receive their payments in btc than paying their partners in bitcoin. Would be a nice idea if Google made their own cryptocurrency and started to pay with it, because that would give so much confidence for cryptos that Bitcoin could easily hit $ 10,000. This could be interesting and might start a really new running to see who makes the better cryptocurrency, google, apple, microsoft, samsung? Who knows that? Amazon seems to have given the first step and may be the pathways of a large company fully involved to cryptos.

These companies can only make this decision when Bitcoin/Crypto currencies are regulated and properly defined as a

currency. These companies have customers in many countries all over the world and Bitcoin/Crypto currencies are banned in

some of them. Why would they accept a currency that are being banned or not properly regulated? I asked this same

question to one of the largest online gaming platforms and that was the response I got.   .... I even got banned on their

forum when I mentioned Bitcoin.

I had rather rephrase that as "because cryptocurrency price is volatile". Otherwise, bitcoin price is relatively stable to altcoins.

But, they can still use crypto payments as fun element for things such as bug bounty, rewards, referrals etc.

They will have a hard time calculating how much you will paid because of the price fluctuation of BTC and who want that to happen? If I am the payer then I dont want to add more work just by calculating everytime the price moves.
Plus, they would need to buy bitcoin just so they could pay you?

The price fluctuation is just too much at the moment to use bitcoin for this purpose. But if companies like Google start using bitcoin, its value will be going to new galaxies (forget the moon).

Because youtube ,paypal , google and others want to know first who send money and his address .

bitcoin is impersonality coin so you need to verify your ID before use it so when verify ID you can use youtube , google and others .

make account on some prepaid credit cards like crytopay and then verify your ID after that you can use bitcoin at any place

Because price of Bitcoin is not stable as fiat so they don't want to use it to pay for their partners. Beside Bitcoin is not legalized worldwide moreover it's banned in few countries all over the world that mean it'll be illegal if Youtube or Google pay for people in these countries in Bitcoin and they will have to go to jail if they will be caught received Bitcoin ). But I think in the future Youtube and Google will accept Bitcoin for payment but it'll take several years to complete.

Because they are part of the financial system as we know. They aren't the typical Bitcoin user, they are happy with the currently way they make transactions and earn money, they are fine with the profit they make. If they adopt Bitcoin some people won't like it... And they might suffer retaliations from financial system, the banks. I believe it's a worthless battle to fight for now for them.

It is a good method that now we can pay in bitcoin online without any problem. In the present time people are doing big shopping through bitcoin. As I will purchase some online games and many other things just like I will buy a website from online purchasers and I will pay bitcoin to them. the transactions are increasing day by day and the trust are developing day by day.

because bitcoin it's not commonly accpeted and regulated everywhere yet, you need first to wait for regulation and then the big guys will accept it as a payment, amazon also don't accept bitcoin for this reason, but some accept bitcoin like steam, you can make bitcoin using their services some game give you some coins

Bitcoin's value is currently facing a lot of fluctuations making official payments impossible by it because you don't really know what's the potential value of the bitcoins you paid someone with . You could have payed someone for a bitcoin value when converted to fiat 50 euros , the next day that same bitcoin could be valued as 80 euros or 30 euros . The fluctuations rates are a real roller coaster and stability is out of table when we speak of bitcoin . So it won't be used as an official payment method unless it maintains a rather stable value across time ( such as fiat currencies who have a fluctuation rate of 1-2%  max per year ) .

Why would they when this isnt a international currency yet? That part of the world will only happen when bitcoin is recognized as international currency and that wont happen until it stabilizes further.

I'm pretty sure it's mostly due to regulatory uncertainties and less due to Bitcoin's volatility.

There's nothing that would stop Google from converting fiat to BTC at the point of payout and sending bitcoins to their publishers. Basically the reverse of what BitPay does.

Of course the exchange rate risk would then get transferred to the publisher accepting the payment. However it is safe to assume that a publisher accepting BTC payout would be willing to bear with the exchange risk as well, otherwise they wouldn't accept BTC in the first place.

Everything has its reasons maybe Google and YouTube doesn't want to consider Bitcoin as a payment because of its volatility and a never ending price hike in just a short period of time. Even me if I have a company it is so hard to think to pay my employees with Bitcoin because I may lose a huge amount of money if I will do that, comparing to dollars that the lows and highs are bearable.

Maybe in the near future this 2 huge companies will make an option to pay its workers with Bitcoins and if that day comes then the Bitcoin's price will again increase drastically just like what is happening right now.

Maybe in the future they will agree to pay in bitcoins, but for now they like it to pay in the real currency's like dollars and euro's. I think youtube will change and they will pay in coins.

Maybe they will not we can not know but we know that bitcoin is going to change the world.

Make payment of goods or services most times have a fixed price for the goods or services, as for me, I don't think is a good idea to adopt using bitcoin as payment channel for such services google and youtube offer, because they many spend more than the normal payment option they currently offer for now.
