Verge Big Problem, please help

Hi guys.
I just converted 10 LTC (around 550 Euros) to Verge on NovaExchange.
I got only 30.680 Verge coin, which are worth 280 Euros.
Basically I lost 50% of the money in a second.

Why the fuck this happens ? What's wrong ? I didn't check anything as obviously i though I don't have to.

We cannot know exactly what was happened. You should check your trading history and share it here, maybe buy order was too low?

Do they have techsupport? And how many orders there were on the exchange for that moment?

I solved... basically the system automatically put the lowest price, not the market price. I didnt know this as last time i bought on novaexchange it was using the market price.

Are you sure that your order was filled fully but not partically?

Yes unfortunately it was. Not bad, i lost 280 euros, could be worst. I lost much more previously on other coins like iota where i got the entire wallet stolen so.. nevermind I learn and take it home

Why are you exchanging LTC into shitcoin is beyond my imagination. Such things happen when you start doing things fundamentally wrong.

Novaexchange is not the exchange that I would trade on if I we're in your place.
Personally I have never seen any issues like this before, maybe try contacting the exchange's team and see what they have got to say about it.
Don't worry it must be some technical error or something, you should be getting your money back. Good luck to you.
