I searched for a straight answer but I don't see one.
Working on a budget so I could either get 1 1060 or 2x 1050Ti's which seems to be the higher Mhs.
I am not worried about power at this point but will I get more hash power out of a 2 fan card?
It is cool in my part of the world now so most of the time the system will be operating in a below or close to below 32F temp.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

You will not get more hash power from a dual fan card. Especially from the 1050 ti. I have a Gigabyte 1050 ti low profile single fan and very small fan not big single fan and it is giving me the same hashrate as other dual fan cards, 189 sol/s in Zcash and 14 Mhash when overclocked in Ethereum.

Dual fan cards usually have better temps but in most cases the difference is tiny especially with the low power 1050ti. With the 1060s you need to worry about the shitty heatsinks EVGA puts on some of their 1060s but any card should work. They'll all hash about the same out of the box with binning and factory overclocks differentiating some of them.

Thanks the more I read the more I am undecided lol
I plan on mining Vertcoin right now and from what I see the 1060's get on avg 22-23mhs and with 2 1050Ti's about 26-28mhs
To me it seems better to go with the 1050Ti's but reading so much about the 1060's and it's making me think.
