nice wallet for altcoin i think myetherwallet.com because the wallet supports ERC20 and the wallet also supports the coin of newly emerging new projects.

I have not received accurate information for a wallet that can store all altcoins, but if there is a wallet like that I would be very happy, especially if the wallet is really safe

Myetherwallet is the most widely used because of the support of many coins especially erc20, they use fake links to deceive us and then steal the coin in our wallets.

I have many altcoins in myetherwallet.com most of them came from the airdrops, I trust myetherwallet because most of the ICOs is using this network.

Obviously, Myetherwallet is the best one.

I also use Exodus and recently bought my first Ledger Nano S - can't help waiting till I get it.

I suggest you try MEW. Most of them are using MEW as alter wallet. But be aware on phishing sites that pretending to be legit. Dont ever give out your PRIVATE KEY. You can give them your ADDRESS but dont give out your PVT KEY. Youre doomed if you give your PVT key.

Which wallets are the best for keeping a wide variety of altcoins?

i used coinomi and coin payment for saving many type of altcoin but unfortunately some of the coins can not too exchange with changelly or shapeshift so we still need to send into exchanges and then we can sell the coins. but the other coins can directly to sell inside of the wallet so we can have bitcoin in that wallet. i think you can found the same thing in coin payment and jaxx but jaxx doesn't have many coins in the wallet.

The best wallets to hold ETH tokens are MEW and MetaMask. For others you can use Jaxx, good wallet but high fees.

Suppoman is always talking about his #1 coin: Bitquence (or Ethos as it is now called) which is supposed to be this ultimate wallet for ALTs. Do you think the Ethos team will be able to realize this? Please correct em if I am wrong but as I understand it they will then hold the coins for you, that is you will not have the coins stored with you but the coins will be stored by Ethos in "cold storage".  Do you guys see any risk in this or do you believe it is "hackproof"?
Could it be safer to have the coins in such a cold storage instead of on your computer? (Since that is also hackable)

Multi-currency and very well-protected wallet. It would be still good to have no commissions (or minimal) for exchange and operations. I use E-CHAT app - there is exactly such kind of wallet and you can send money directly to messages without commissions

Which wallets are the best for keeping a wide variety of altcoins?
There are many various of wallet that you can store your altcoin like myetherdelta and etc. so you can think what kind of wallet you want to fit for your altcoin.

Myetherdetla can shore only your Eth smart contract tokens additionally but it cannot store your other altcoin like Ripple , SC coin, XRB etc. So other than ETH we have to have wallets for each of the altcoins we own. Most people keep these altcoins on exchanges and never get in the trouble of downloading these wallets and storing the coins on desktop. But if you have coins in large quantity i will recommend to use individual wallets for each of them.
