It originally directed to a phishing link to a copy of btc-e.com but soon after I posted this thread the domain was parked, I would like to believe I played a small role in that :-)

The domain bitc-e.com was recently sold for $1k on a hacking forum, and is now setup as a phishing domain.  It was sold by poutine, responsible for stealing tens if not hundreds of thousands from people with bitcoins.

He also owns blockchain.com and has that for sale so watch out for it too.

Please post this in a place where it will get more views (reddit, another forum etc) as I cannot post anywhere else.

Gotta be careful!

So many scamemrs out there

Just use some sort of parental control program and just enter sites that you know you don't want to enter. Never have to worry about typing in the wrong address again.

I've had at least half a dozen people contact me claiming to own the blockchain.com but none have been able to provide any proof of ownership.

If he his the genuine owner I am willing to pay a premium for it.
