Recreate ui elements in photoshop/paintdotnet - 10BTC

Greetings,

I am offering 10BTC if someone can faithfully recreate a UI given the following screenshot in a photoshop psd with layers etc or any other similar app. I am a programmer with an eye for design, just no hand to create it. That is where you come in.

What I am looking for is the color scheme and UI elements (do not worry about the video delegates in the left). I already have a font I want to use so please dont worry about that. I am mainly interested in the nice osx dark style gradient scheme.

I have done a few trades before and I hang around here and also on #bitcoin-cad. Willing to use an escrow however since clearcoin is gone it is up to you find it, I would rather just pay you the BTC and save the fees.
