I had recently forked the source for the Android app of WeMineLTC. It's on github @ https://github.com/ninchuu/wemineltc-android

I had edited and added in some featured for the Give-Me-LTC pool. Not to mention that I had given credit to ninchuu:

Exhibit A:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simran.givemeltc

You can see that I gave credit in the description.

Odd that Another user from the WeMineLTC pool 1 star'd it:

IF NINCHUU IS COOL WITH IT, IDK WHY YOU'RE BITCHING?

Claiming that I didn't use the author's name by both users is stupid. You can clearly see that I used the correct name in the description and linked to his github source.

Exhibit B:
Also, I even put his name in the app as well in which he claims isn't true:

It's also in the source on github:
https://github.com/Simran/gmltc-app/blob/master/GiveMeLTC/src/com/simran/givemeltc/MainActivity.java
Under the 'aboutDialog()' function:
Code:
alert.setMessage("Credits:\nApp Base - nninchuu\nIcon - doublejdesign.co.uk\n\nDonation Address:\nLRgbgTa3XNQSEUhnwC6Ye2vjiCV2CNRpib");

And then he PM's me on the IRC, seemed like a nice guy to start with:
http://pastebin.com/pPe0DU3A

I had to leave because it was the first day of my job.

I come back and then read this:
http://pastebin.com/XhrbYXHx

He tells me that I have 48 hours to remove it from the playstore... at first he was cool with me having it and said for me to put his address in the app. No problem, I was more than happy to do so and push that into the new update for the app. Suddenly he says he'll escalate some bullshit to GNU. Hey, guys, the app is open source and under the GNU license. I'm allowed to redistribute it. Why don't you read your own license?

also not to mention.. "Kevin Drain" the other fucktard that rated the app. Why don't you have someone stick his dick in your drain to unclog it? Seems like your ass needs some pounding by another guy.

EDIT:
Just realize  it doesn't even have any kind of license on his code. Please view his github!

EDIT 2:
Turns out ninchuu was pressured to say the nonsense he told me. He has apologized to me and I've forgiven him. It's that terrible pool of WeMineLTC that have pressured him to say such things.

This situation appals me

How can someone who puts a project on git (a resource sharing site) especially without any sort of licence, then say you cannot copy it !!
Is not as if Simran did not credit him for his work.
If they did not want it copied they should have kept it privet.

Furthermore, the free version of git requires your work to be open source. He's clearly in violation of their TOS if he is claiming otherwise.

Sounds like ninchuu is a little special  Grin Roll Eyes. Maybe Kevin can give him what he "longs" for.

Well, Github anyways.  You can use whatever the hell obscure license you want with git itself.  Heck, you could require lifestock delivered to your door if you wanted...

WeMineLTC didn't include a license on the GitHub project, so it's free to be used however he wants.

He doesn't even have to give you credit.

WeMineLTC are a bunch of scummer scammers imo.
