99% of the cloud mining website are scams based on HYIP or ponzi schemes! Even if you find cloud mining which is not scam(and 99.99% of them are scam), you will hardly earn money unless you have lots of referrals, and in that case your referrals will hardly earn money.
Ask yourself - if you would have mining equipment, would you rent it to someone and pay interest for next 1-2 or i don't know how many years? I don't think so.

There is a lot of good examples of cloud mining services with ICO background showing reliability and fast ROI.
Regarding rent of mining equipment: The point is that the time of ROI (in case you use equipment yourself) is high. By selling the same part of hash-power, service can significantly reduce the time of ROI and constantly purchase new equipment.
It is bad statement to call someone scam based on unrealized projects only.

In case of buying ordinary miners, you need to solve a number of problems: Miners are quite noisy devices and placing them in living quarters will bring a number of problems. In connection with round-the-clock work, miners need a good cooling, due to which miners’ life service is extended. One miner consumes about 1,4 kW/h on average, which requires a high-quality wiring in place. When installing more than 3 miners, the question arises of carrying out a separate wiring, since the standard household wiring are not designed for power about 4 to 6 kW. Miners are periodically pending. Miners need to be tuned to the maximum speed and certain amount of time need to be spent for maintenance.
Cloud mining is solving all these problems for you.

There will be no additional emission of CELL token. Also CELL token is not considered for mining. CELL token represent equivalent of hash-power in our service.
