Ledger Nano S and Free Gas

Hi Guys,

I know Ledger Nano S have stated that Neo will be able to be stored on their ledger soon (if not even right now). My question is how do I go about generating or claiming my gas?

Some websites, like 'kucoin' grant you your free gas according to how much Neo you have on their website.

Is it possible to HODL my neo on my ledger and claim once every year from it? If so how would I do that?

Or am I better off moving them to an exchange that grants me Neo Gas.

It depends on how they implement it in their hardware wallet.

They may create a wallet for it themselves which will probably have the function to claim gas or they may use another service and plug their hardware option into that. It then depends if that service offers you the gas.

NEON wallet 0.0.7 has support for NEO on Nano S.  There is a claim gas button in the wallet app.
