post clearly exactly what is the problem, which faucet you are working, from where you get your wallet address etc. How can someone help you if you give such less info. It can happen that you are using scam sites.
And don't waste too much time in faucets cause only few of them are useful currently.

If your coin address connected with Faucethub and you don't see earnings on FH accounts, maybe you used scam faucet which aren't paying? And also, on some Faucethub faucets users accumulate earnings on faucet ballance and after reaching cashout treshold, you need to click "Withdraw" button. And some faucet owners send payouts manually each day or once a week.
