Hello. If agents will be collect information about clients and make his own database. How to protect?

Potential agents undergo a fairly in-depth verification process: utilities bills issued in their name and to their address, passport or other identification document, details of bank accounts that have been in existence for at least 45 days (this ensures another level of reliability, we do not want fly-by-night agents). We check those who will then check our clients.

How we suppose to take KYC.legal serious if you change ICO rules while is in progress.

1 Would you change rules in our favor if ETH would increase instead?
Show me legitimate ICO which did the same as you.

2 You manipulate hard cap as it suits you, and extending as it suits you. By doing it you diluting token, and screwing people who invested in you. Also, it creates distrust in your future actions

3 Most of your team members even doesn't list KYC.legal as their current occupation. And sometimes they are just freelancers with a few contacts. The team is suboptimal, without any experience in KYC industry.

4 You want to deal with KYC, and at the same time your company is based at Seychelles, all you eventually customers are not protected by any trusted legal framework.

All ICOs ratings can be easily manipulated, and currently, for me, there are so many red flags that I consider this project as the potential scam.

Thank you for showing interest to KYC.Legal.

1. You should ask other ICOs why their numbers stay the same, because ours are true.  We hoped for a growth rate but unfortunately it only fell. Yes, if the exchange rate will return then we will be able to close ico earlier. In any case, we follow the exchange rate and once a week we will recalculate.

2.  Total amount of fees is formed at the time of the purchase of the tokens, due to the drop in the rates of the Crypto-currency, we are forced to recalculate the total amount of fees. We have taken appropriate measures for this purpose. It will allow us to avoid rate change risks.

3. The founders of the KYC.LEGAL project are Daniil Rausov, the creator of a number of information technology and B2B companies, and Sergei Bekrenev, the owner of the company European Legal Service (ELS), one of the largest legal companies in Russian and the CIS. The Strategy Director of the project is Nick Evdokimov, an experienced and talented blockchain entrepreneur and founder of dozens of successful projects. The team currently has 12 members, including a number of developers with whom the founders have already released numerous joint projects.

4. We have been working in information technology for a long time now, more than 10 years. The core of our team has been together for more than five years now, working on projects that cater to our already existing businesses and provide B2B (business to business) solutions: project management, goal setting, audit, etc. Our security system was designed by internationally acclaimed security experts, so we take this question very seriously.

As you see, despite the opportunity to remain silent and hide from you, we are speaking honestly and showing you the real situation. We are all interested in the success of the project and we all understand that achieving our goals will be more profitable for all of us. Thank you for your understanding and support.

How will the team act if the downward trend continues? will the end date be transferred in this case?
Thanks

We will not renew our ICO end date again, thank you for asking!
it's good, I think for these 10 weeks will still change in the market for the better, I think ICO has a good chance to end prematurely Smiley

im just so saddened knowing that the amount collected as of now was greatly affected by the hard fall of bitcoin's price. the last time i checked the progress, collection were about 22M. then the price of BTC fell, now the progress bar  were down by half. now, the collection is down to 12M. but i am happy you guys extended the ico, im sure by april, the price of bitcoin will rise again.

I've got a question. Won't access to the services of your agents be limited to the big cities?

No, not necessarily. The project does not plan to maintain a staff of agents. Almost anyone who is willing to go and confirm someone's identity and verify his or her documents for $5-25 can become an agent. Like an Uber driver, it is enough for the agent to have our application, through which orders will be placed. If clients who would like to use this service appear in a certain region, we find local people who are willing to act as our agents.

The initial information entered can be anything, even false information. However, when the order is processed we check the cardholder and the party who is paying the money. The card is issued by a bank, which performs some sort of check on its end. Potential agents also undergo a fairly in-depth verification process: utilities bills issued in their name and to their address, passport or other identification document, details of bank accounts that have been in existence for at least 45 days (this ensures another level of reliability, we do not want fly-by-night agents).
