Cant seem to get it to work?

Is there an issue with Armory these days? I have 9 bitcoin in the wallet and cant get them out and moved to a new wallet...
Any help??? Please

Ok ima clarify this hopefully once and for all. If I say update, it means update Armory. You're on the Armory forums, aren't you?

I used it for many years and Now its been a year or so since I opened it.
I have 0.96.3.99 running but it gets down to 1 % and crashes every time.
I guess the only other thing I can come up with is to try a different computer.
If you have any info that could help me I would be so very much grateful to you.

Also is there a way to move my coins without running Armory?

Post armorylog.txt and armorydb.txt. Use pastebin.

Also is there a way to move my coins without running Armory?

You can export the private keys out using backup center in the wallet properties dialog. Start in offline mode if you're going down that path.

I think I found them in a hidden folder under users... If I get them I will post it.

What OS are you using? Otherwise grab the condensed log from the File menu from within Armory.

Sounds like Windows... your Armory logs will be in:

C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Armory

If you cannot see "AppData" refer here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Open armorylog.txt with a text editor (like Notepad)... Then Copy/Paste the entire contents of armorylog.txt into the textbox at PasteBin and click "Create New Paste"... The page will refresh with a URL that has a unique code (like this: https://pastebin.com/iKQ65X3a)... Note down the whole URL and then do the same thing with the dblog.txt file

Then post the URL's for your two pastebin's here...

Yes, you will be able to import them to another wallet... in your case, I would suggest a lightweight "SPV" wallet like Electrum.
