As the OP stated, you have to first get white listed by sending 0.003 ETH to OP, which I personally think is a bargain at this price. Then on next stage only the white listed investor gets offered ICO. And again as OP has stated, the price of B2X coin would be equivalent to total ETH that people paid to get whitelisted.
