You need to go to the altcoin bounty section and select the bounties that are open for your rank. But I don't sure if newbies are already accepted to a campaign. You need to be at least a jr. member to be able to participate in bounty campaigns. If i were you, you have to level up first your rank. And make sure that you do a high quality post to be qualified for every campaigns that you'll like to join.

You can see bounty here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0
I think you can get started with social media campaigns and if you hobby writing you can follow a blog campaign. Many campaigns are available here, but for signature campaigns your account rank must be jr member.

Yes there are lots of bounty campaigns that are been successfully reach their hard cap and presents their token as one of the valued token as of now.
In general the community feels more productive and formative having these bounty campaigns, because community make use of bounty campaigns as a useful, helpful and an informative way of promoting ideas and projects.

Bounty campaign are events, projects, proposals of new products, banks, technology, equipment, gadgets and other things or Ideas that has a potential use on our economy, society, environment, and to the people world wide. Bounty campaign are usually a medium of promoting and endorsing once project by its participants.

An example of a good campaign who are currently on going is the [BOUNTY-NEW][ICO] 🤖 Daneel.io: The 1st A.I Created To Help Crypto Investors
Its an A.I(Artificial Intelligence) Assistant to assist, guide and help Investors in this cryptoworld. On my own research I may say that this campaign has a potential of being one of the valued coin in the mere future. If you want to more information of these just visit https://daneel.io/

I think proper management of a bounty campaign is very important to get succeed but most of the bounty campaigns are accepting almost all the participants unlike the quality posters are only selected participants on signature campaign.
So the ICO team need to hire reputed manager to run the proper campaigns but most of the campaigns are running by the ICO team itself which maybe a backlog in my opinion because they don't have enough funds even to hire a manager then how can maintain their project,so I never invest on these kind of projects probably these will turns into scams.

I don't know why those few dudes above replied or do talk shit regarding on topic since op doesn't ask on where or on how to join on bounty programs. Going back, the key to have a proper bounty campaign would be mainly on its manager itself. We are talking on bounty handling which its actually the job to the person who have been assigned by the company. Proper instructions or rules towards the program. Good on handling participants either on queries or issues related to the project itself.

it's really cherry picking in my experience: sometimes I found a great project but so so bounties campaigns, some other time is totally the opposite and small project give better bounties (but of course since the project its limited, the token value in the future wont be that high).. so u gotta choose carefully and evaluate pros and cons each time!

You cannot simply says that bounty mangers managing campaigns alone grows better in the market. You have to find best bounty project t with the details furnished in the white paper and on the blog.
If you join in the upcoming successful campaign your tokens may increase in future and possibility to find the better cost. Check the campaigns manager by the yahoo and jamalaezaz. They usually takes the big projects.

No not anymore I guess. There are recent changes made by theymos and sadly only members rank upward can carry Sig campaigns. Or at least carry a link to their Signature which I think most Campaign managers look for.

Actually not all the campaign who have experienced manager could bring up good bounty promises since there are some factors that their project help fell and we will get affected on that. But actually the one you could seek to gain higher chances of success are the community since that one could bring up the great sales and great impact to the project.

yes thats one, but for me i always look at the projects roadmap, whitepaper amd the members of the team if they really exist and not fake information about ths founder and gia team.

Their are so many bounty campaigns that are prospective, you just need to sift through reviewing their whitepaper and recognize the members behind the team, if they are actually credible members of the team.

yes I agree, before I join a campaign, first I see who manages the campaign, as you said a good manager will choose a good project too, he will manage the campaign well, and most importantly we get paid in accordance with

I agree with you, also choose bounty campaign which has a spreedsheet and had stakes, updated every week so you can monitor if you had earn or not,
it is also good if that the bounty manager is very active and communicate with you if you needed him.
