What is key for a proper bounty campaign?

A good and trusted bounty manager is one key another is a good roadmap a clear and well written whitepaper and active team members, these are my criteria in picking good campaigns.

This makes sense that only a trusted campaign manager will settle all the doubts from the participants and other people who are taking a look at a bounty.

His reputation will be at risk if something isn't moving accordingly with that campaign.

But those experienced one will not something bad to happen to the campaign they are managing and as well as their reputation to have a stain.

I'm not saying this because i'm in a signature campaign but i think bounty programs has been very successful for ICOs lately especially the signature ones, think of it logically, if an investor saw a signature campaign with many high ranks participants it will give him/her an expression that the project could really be huge and potentially good.
In general i think bounty campaigns are effective way of advertising an ICO.

Yes they are effective but it costs a lot than other alternatives. (if btc would be the payment)
Best would be to hire staffs, mod and trusted members to advertise for the brand.  

Ex. of successful ICO that I've seen using signature campaign as an advertisement was the waves platform. (The very first campaign that they held in the past)

To know if a bounty campaign is competent, just make a research of some information about the company and review their whitepaper if it's authenticated, and recognize all the members of the team if they are credible and not fabricated only.

you can select it by looking at the ico. whether ico is good and trustworthy. it would be better if  enthusiasts the are many and appearance

What if there is none or inexperienced? Project is still a scam. Bounty manager as a project being success is irrelevant (not entirely though).

Or should do their own research about the team and project idea. If you find it a potential one and worth investing time for promoting it then surely join it.

Again like I said Bounty manager doesn't determines project success. There are many projects which have succeeded without investing in bounty campaign's.

Yes there is and it can be recognized by the one running the bounty campaigns and it speak legitimacy and the way he handles the bounty hunters.. Yahoo stands out for me and aTriz even I don’t have much experienced through bounties but the way they handle Signature campaigns only show of they’re professionalism’s.. I feel sad having no twitter and Facebook account for that purpose and I can’t do translation as I’m a little ignorance about it..

I agree that most of good bounty campaign are determined by several factors mostly the manager. There are other parameters I used to select the bounty campaign :
1. The prospective project which can be known by their whitepaper
2. Value of the bounty campaign itself I mean the budget, if too high from average bounty campaign then it is necessary to due diligent more and deeper with more information searched.
3. If the campaign was run, it can be seen from the participants of the campaign. Now there is available telegram also, it can showing the interest of the people to join and the activity inside.
4. My indication to see a bounty manager good or not, is from the response from spreadsheet status and also easiness of communication with members.

a good bounty company must have a development plan, a good site, a road map, white paper, an interesting and useful idea, organizers should be open and friendly to users. The totality of these factors suggests that the bounty company is reliable

Actually is not the only signature campaign that stands out, indeed to follow canpaign must minimum rank jr above,but you can still follow other campaigns like facebook and twitter campaign

When selecting a key for a proper bounty campaign,you need to go to the bounty section and select the bounties that are open for your rank. You need to be at least a jr. member to be able to participate in bounty campaigns. And be careful to do a proper research before joining he campaign.

This would always been a normal thing where people do always comes after with reputable manager than into those newbie ones where we would see there are lots of participants will surely follow into those bounties and not only that. Those reputable managers will surely choose up legit projects,might not be a guaranteed success but atleast they would paid up in the end.

I feel very happy besides the bounty that stands out or becomes popular. payment will also go up. so everyone will be happy if the projects they follow are popular in great demand and reach hardcap. it is a bounty's paradise.

basically every good bounty does not need to use the prominent thing, just follow bounti managers who are well known and trusted, they are more careful in choosing a project to do.

and if Bounti manager directly from DEV most projects they are good and will have many investors.

I think the most appropriate way to choose a campaign is the signature project, because the signature project in each project has a very large allocation of campaigns on the other

in my opinion do not choose those that stand out in doing bounty assessment, but how often we make compliance rules that have been made and who has a higher rank and if social media then who has the most friendship. and this will be the latest in bounty distribution.
