I am hoping for suggestions on most efficient use of $'s to set up a rig with 6 or so processors to start mining altcoin projects that I feel are undervalued. I'm at bottom of learning curve so answers a fifth grader would understand would be much appreciated.

6x GTX 1060
1x 1000w PSU
1x 4GB DDR4RAM
1x Asus Z270-P Mainboard
1x 4U 19" Case * 120mm fans
1x Celeron 3,8 Ghz
1x SSD 128GB

Don't go for the cheapest but also a solid setup for future.

64 or 32GB is sufficient for most rigs considering most mining OSes and Linux don’t use a whole lot. If you’re feeling ballsy you can use 16 or just boot by USB. Open air setups can be done as well, but you’ll need a frame for that which doesn’t cost too much, you can also make your own out of wood or buy a metal or wooden one. CPU coolers don’t matter, the one coming with any Intel or AMD cpu is fine. 4GB of DDR4 and 1070s/1060s would be my pick for the rest. I prefer open air as it’s pretty efficient and you save money on case fans and cases.
