excodus wallet 2 received payments pending

Today I used this wallet for the first time, I received in the lasst 15 hours about 10 bitcoin transactions and all are fully confirmed into the wallet but the last two receives are pending, received 12 hours ago but when I click on them on the blockchain and search them up, they both have over 80 confirms so i'm not sure why its still shown up as pending..


 i tried to 'rescan blockchain' it says 5/10 mins but then it gives me rescan error unexpected token < in json at position 0 and then it syncs forever but nothing happens and its been 5 hours since this as i click on it it says that its syncing but nothing happens, opened/closed the application few times but still same issue over and over again. Any advice? thanks

Its probably because those transactions of yours are not yet fully confirmed. What you can do know is to monitor and wait for it to be fully verified. After that check if the transactions are still tagged as pending. If it is then try refreshing your wallet. Instructions are here: http://support.exodus.io/article/75-how-do-i-refresh-my-wallet but it should be fine after its fully confirmed as my wallet also does the same it'll only show the green check symbol if the transaction is fully verified. With 80+ confirmations the transaction is considered irreversible so the coins are fully yours.

So why are you suggesting him to wait if he already said that all his transactions already has 80+ confirmations? 80 confirmations is extremely more than enought.
OP, first off all. Please MAKE SURE that you have a backup for your wallet. If you don't do, that's the time you want to do that. If you can't rescan the blockchain and Exodus is showing the wrong information about your addresses and transactions, delete Exodus[1], reinstall it again and restore your wallet from the backup you made earlier.

There's somethng wrong with the exodus wallet if you say that there are already 80+ confirmation of the wallet. But may I ask if your exodus desktop wallet is updated? Because that might be the primary error of your issue.

And theres an export button of the address so you can try to import it to another wallet like electrum since you're using a desktop wallet and try to check the wallet if you totally received the BTC.

If it have already received over 80 confirmation in blockchain than I don't think you have to worry about those pending notification in exodus. Try to move those funds if you can't than you can export your private key and use electrum like wallets which is pretty stable and only works with bitcoin so it doesn't lag that much.
