I have offers for 5 USD per credit, though they were not for the entire set of 64, so I'm waiting a bit longer.

I might sell in two batches of 32, but that's the only split that is possible. At least before the credit system went down for maintenance. I'll check back when it goes online again.

BFL credit system up up again after the maintenance. No change in how the pools are handled so I can still offer 32+32.
