Hello!

I was wondering whether there are still any airdrops that don't require an existing ETH balance.

What is the procedure. Do you need a wallet (like my etherwallet)?

Thanks for all your help!

Yes, there are still a lot of airdrop that have no requirements an existing ETH in your wallet
when you join it, so if in your wallet there is no balance, you can follow the airdrop, in fact there are some airdrop that has the requirements in our wallet must have some ETH, or we must send some ETH
to the developer's, the purpose is to speed up and facilitate them in sending coins or tokens to our wallets, because every transaction in etherdelta we must have some eth for gas, but nowadays there are so many scams under the pretext of airdrop, they require us to send some eth to the wallet them but we do not get coin or tokens from them.

Its so hard these days to find an airdrop without the dev asking for ETH. They are  after ETH they will collect from you. They have turned airdrop to ico.

There are , but it's always better to deal with ETH tokens. It's considered the best exchange and this is the main reason why air drops use ETH exchanges.

Well some different drops use their tokens and have their own wallet . So basically you will be paid on that address and you can't actually do anything without their ICO ends. Also they should be available for exchanges , without that they can't be converted unless there is someone who needs those tokens and ready to give you the form of money you want.

There are lots when you look in the altcoin / tokens section.
But beware that most of them are useless coins created for the dev to make money.

There are a lot of airdrops without any Eth balance. You just need to become active in this forum and you can find many airdrops without it. Well me, I can find airdrops that are free and I can earn a lot.

Never ever join any airdrops like that where you needs to pay in-front in order to receive tokens. I believe if we discourage those airdrops then they will soon gone and become history soon.
Back to the topic starter question, yes There are still many airdrops where you can join without having any ether in your wallet. But on a safer side why not you just keep some balance in your wallets? You dont need to pay any one though. Just hang your ether in your wallet to get yourself eligible for all those airdrops.

Most airdrops you dont need ETH on your wallet. But when you receive the token, and one day you want to sell, you need some value on your wallet for the gas price. So ist better when you have a small amount on your wallet.

I agree airdrop means to be free and I really don't  think collecting money to there participants is a good idea they just make there project look like a scam , better not trust those airdrop that are collecting money to the people there is a high chance that they will just get your money so be careful everyone

Majority of airdrops don't require any ETH in your wallet, only some social requirements.

After sending coins to them usually a lot of regret because the coins that have been transferred can not go back
Instead of doubling coins it's just a hoax of people who are not responsible for reaping profits.and actually it's a scams.

Many airdrops do not require the presense of ETH at the wallet. But you should have some amount of eth to make transactions from the wallet.
