Now a days everyone is talking about the dark net or dark web. Through which any one can hack or buy and sell illegal things even most dangerous weapons like the terrorists do in black market and even i heard they sell most dangerous softwares like computer viruses?

Do you agree?

What do you know about it and give your views and opinions too?

They mostly reffer to deep web, the dark web is a part of deep web that deals with drugs and other illegal products or activities. If something is illegal and it is happening on the deep web, they call that network the dark web.
