I just installed the Electrum app on my Android smartphone.
I've added my Xpub from my Ledger Segwit wallet. But now the Electrum app is showing that i have no funds on my address.
Could somebody help me?

If it's a segwit wallet then the extended public key is a ypub or a Ypub. An xpub will create a standard non-segwit wallet. See the release notes for 3.0:
