Personally, I am a Theoretical person. Yes sometimes I can be practical but most of the time I also base on multiple theories before doing something. By doing so I have more complex ideas on how to do things than just having one basic option. Being pragmatic sometimes can be bad because of the lack of knowledge on what might happen if one is not prepared. An example for this situation is when a crisis occurs, we all need to be theoretical in that situation because we might not predict the future events that might happen. Being pragmatic only shows you one path ahead of the problem, but being theoretical you can always have a backup plan that is usually helpful in most cases in a crisis.

Actually being pragmatic or idealistic is dependent on the situation. The problem is where the person is idealistic and where he is pragmatic. we may not really be pragmatic or really become idealists.both attitudes, though sound contradictory, but may exist in the same person.

When a person is facing a problem that needs a quick, urgent and important solution, he needs to think of some alternative solutions. The ideal solution would be best.but can the solution be implemented immediately? Well, there may still be barriers here and there, so it must be pragmatic and little by little repaired to ideal conditions.if constantly pragmatic behavior is not good either, like continuous patching of broken asphalt roads without thinking of alternative congestion solutions, whereas the more people who live there, passing by, and driving more and more, increasing the burden of the road and making maintenance costs more and more high.

Pragmatic can be both good or bad, advantage or disadvantage depending on the situation we can be too realistic but not even mindful or being sensitive of what might happen it, or what may other feel for me being pragmatic Is a case to case basis..

It depends on the people involved and the context of the statement. If you feel good about yourself and how you conduct your life, don't worry about what labels other people try to put on you.

It is not about being good or bad, it is about of being pragmatic. If it fits you, if it works for you, bringing you Peace . then it is truth for you, does not matter how other judge you, for you feel great to be who you are. Being at Peace with yourself is an ultimate.

yes cause the most trustable and acceptable fact of proof is reason if one is to be pragmatic his logical and inception when dealingbwith theories and statements will be placed at a high standard thus making the outcome conclusion extra agreeable.
