What happened to the ANN of "[ANN][ICO] Polybius"

i wasnt able to follow the Polybius ICO in the last months.
As i wanted to check the ANN post i faced a problem that this post isnt available for me.
Never saw a "blocked" ann @ BTCTalk just closed posts.
I can acces the post via google cache and the wayback machine but i dont find the relevant informations i was looking for.
