I'm asking if anybody know anything about the relation between tether issued by bitfinex and the bitcoin pumps.
I've seen everytime the release in the market 20M tether, the BTC price rise up 200-300 dollars.
Can be real ?
Looks like that a lot of the price of BTC is related to quantity of tether.
Tether is a crypto which aim to keep its price always at 1 usd.
Some people do think that for ever tether there is stored somewhere a usd
Like dollar was backed with gold before Nixon in 71.
BUT IT'S NOT TRUE.
There are not such reserve anywhere in this world.
Looks like Tether is just a crypto as all the other, that with bitfinex tend to manipulate btc price.
Anybody here know anything about it ?
