What do you mean by an ICO to have their blockchain?

It is true that most ICOs today uses ERC20 because it is used for Ethereum smart contracts and it defines a common list of rules that an Ethereum token has to implement.

No, u got it all wrong sadly. Don't belive good marketing, learn science/technology that you want to invest into.
Everyone can have their own blockchain in matter of minutes, just copy paste bitcoin code and rename it to YourName. There u go, u got ur blockchain. So what? It have no value at all. Nothing backing it.

Start from basics, don't go for such complicated stuff as ICO which is best money grab currently.

No UTN is a utility coin and that makes different. So it's not just crypto currency it's an already to use Blockchain. And holding ICO on their Blockchain will be just one of millions of functions it offers

universal is a very ambitious project. It did not seem so convincing to me.

I suggest you study the subjects of btc, trading, and investing into ico's a little better before you start putting money into anything.
You can quickly lose your money if you don't know what you're doing.

Doesn't impress really and raising over 99million seems absurd, there are projects that have massive success with a minimal amount like NXT.
