I think that 1000 usd it is not enough for development of good product. Mobile wallet it is serious thing and has many questions regarding security, platforms integtation etc. It is Impossible to find out good developer for such amount

Higher bounties does not always give you the best developers. You need to speculate to accumulate the best developers because mobile coin wallet is a very complicated and competitive app.

better try from Asian. there are lot of good developers, but hard to find. good luck with that.......
