Hi.
Today when I checked my email I found someone sent a PM to other member here and replied to a topic.  I deleted the  reply on topic and changed my password. What else can I do to save my account from hacker.

Hi.

If you put your valid email address used in your profile then you account cant be easily be taken away from you since if the hacker would tend to change email it would notify you on your original email which you can able to lock out and retrieve your account using the original email. This new update have been implemented or add up by theymos. If someone posted into your account then it is really got compromised.Just change password and if you do still observe unusual things then better to change email+password.

In addition to this, you should stake an address. Even if you managed to lock the account thru the link that the forum has sent you, it doesn't mean you will recover your account thru that. The standard recovery of your account is signing a message.

Just place an address in the reply, I will quote it, so even if hacker changed the comment, The address will be in my quote. You can later sign this address incase you get hacked and recover your account.

First read this topic:  how to sign a message?!
After reading ^^^ post address here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0 and that's it.

Staking address won't help you against hackers but it will help you to restore account if someone steal it. Be careful, double check links, don't open random links or files from email, run antivirus, usual stuff, what else.

I have also read about this and based from it staking your address is an effective way of securing and retrieving account. If you go roaming around this forum you will see that there are many situations like this and other than changing password or email address, staking address is a common way of solving this. Better be careful because there are many hackers roaming around especially for wallets.
