Since the Segwit 2x was cancelled and the community could not come up with a consensus, Should a person st
 hold the Segwit2x (Futures) or trade? I am aware that the price has drastically decreased but what is the best advise?

I dont think there is any fun holding it. It might still prevail as an altcoin but its demand will be quite low. Its price has already fallen by a great margin dont even expect that it would boom back again.

I don't see any benefit in holding it now. Price will certainly crash more in upcoming days so it's better to sell it and invest that money in some other Altcoin like ETH, LTC, IOTA so that you can recover the losses you made from Segwit2x
