Hey guys, I'm 20 years old and I want to switch out of my current program right now; which is Finance. I have a good future lined up in finance/consulting but after interning multiple job positions I wanna go into the medical field because of the book I read recently doctors without boarders. Please help!

It is never to later to follow your dreams. You can do anything you want to do.. Don't listen to anyone but you heart.. If that is way you want to do then do it.. Don't worry about being a little late.. If you don't do it you will look back and say that you wished you did.. Follow your dreams and they will come true.. With hard work and dedication of course.

I was in your same situation during my Bachelor's, not knowing if it was better to switch or not.. I finished it almost two years late, and then switched to a MS in the field i was intrested. Fastforward two years: I graduated with maximum votes wthout any problem and now I am working in the field I love. If I could go back i would have switched right away without finishing my BS.. Lesson learned: follow your heart in these decision beacause you never know beforehand how following your dreams empowers you. >Good luck!

You should pursue it if it's what you really want to do.  I wouldn't worry about age...  Years from now, you'll look back, and when you do, you don't want to regret your decision, so I say go for it!!   Wink
