EthConnect - Problem To Withdraw BTC From EthConnect Account

Hi,

Has anyone encountered any problems to withdraw their BTC from their EthConnect account? I transferred some BTC into my EthConnect account but was unsuccessful to purchase any ICO coins (system keep resetting) and now I have unused BTC there which I want to withdraw but the messages are either "Please enter valid Bitcoin Address" (which I have entered a valid BTC address) or "withdrawal is maintained" (whatever that means).

Anyone can shed some light on the matter? Really appreciate it, thanks!

Sadly, there are many scam accusations against ETH connect. They were even found to have copy pasted pictures of executives from google.
You can search google and do your own research and decide whether you will still be able to recover your money or not. Was it a large amount of BTC?

Its a small amount to test waters.. I put in enough to purchase 100 ETH coins for ICO price of $0.50 per coin. Anyone successfully purchased any of the 8M coins? If u had any remaining USD, please let me know if you had trouble withdrawing the amount.

sadly no one can, you better send support ticket to them, and last thing you need to know is please do a research before join to an ICO see their background check if they have real project or not, and make sure the team is real too or they just stole an image from google. you dont want to lose your money on that way
