OVH is down according to tweets from various pool operators.
I suppose it's some kind of database and server hosting platform.

Two of OVH's biggest Datacenters are down.. Most servers are hosted there and according to them it's a "power related failure"..

No idea what they're doing, but if two Datacenters go down at the same time, I don't believe that in half france power fails at the same time.. Very weird..

However, that's why at least my primary and also the backup servers have then failed...

Flypool also downed as well. When I checked the recent mined blocks for ZEC, most recent blocks are mined by 1 guy Coinotron.

If its power failure, then its not serious bussiness...I mean, how can you
be serious datacenter without backup servers located very far from each other

I think its probably software attack or bug, but they don't want to ruin
reputation by admitting it Smiley

Wouldn't surprise me!

If anyone is using ethermine pools, change you pool directories from eu1. to us1. It will be fine for the time being! Just changed mine.

I can't connect to any zenmine.pro server. Tried EU, US, ASIA and backups.

Even WTM.com isn't working for me and I get a cached version.

I am mining at us.ethermine.org and my miners are still submitting shares, but I cannot access the ethermine.org website to see my stats.

Does anyone know if the accounting takes place on the mining server or on the servers that are down? In other words am I just mining for the benefit of ethermine right now?
