IMHO, it's just a speculation.
when someone wrote an article that said btc will reach $10,000
actually it's only some kind of suggestions, so people will hold and buy more before it reach that number.
some may sell at that number, but some will start new speculation that says it'll reach another milestone

Yes there might be some correction but not for long. Bitcoin value is not tulip at all. There are few weak hands noe. Bitcoinis been use all over the world and as the days goes by will see new height in it's price.

Very well said. Just look at today's price. We may have encountered a few challenge and difficult stage last couple of days. But bitcoin being bitcoin is too resilient from this such attacks. The price is going to trading along the line of $6500-$6700 and it has crushed the competition(bch) once again. If you didn't panic sell, then you will feel relieved by now because I'm sure you have sleepless night thinking about the price nose diving.

Now its open another door to reach $8000-$1000 before or end of the year. Still have time to buy it at today's price though. There's never really a bad time to get it because we all know that the price is going up in due time.. So I advise everyone to still get it today.

That guy didn't do wrong, he bought BTC when it just had dropped (from a short spike, but still) 500eur.

Meanwhile a lot of people started buying, at the top, an already overpriced BCH. And these won. Call it balls or luck, but that goes against your "buy low sell high".

I hope the BCH isn't gonna kill the BTC. It's already going down right now, maybe that will push the BTC back up. Surely it made some people very rich.

Most people always make one funny silly mistake when a market is being pumped; they always end up trying their luck and then ending up as FOMOs. They are usually always the ones at the losing end anyway.

People we buying in advance of the Segwit2x fork so they could get both coins (2 for the price of one). Now there’s a bit of a sell off. There probably would have been a sell off after the hard fork anyway.

The question is how much of a drop will there be. Is this it or is this going to turn into a correction. Bitcoin is probably due for a correction anyway so that could happen now with the price already going down.

Hmph…so now I know the reason why people were rushing in on Bitcoin and Investing hundreds and thousands and millions. Oh, they all planned to get an equal amount of Segwit2x after the hard fork, then they will sell and make profit.

But it didn’t work for them and they’re now withdrawing and getting back to altcoins. Funny… well, if you bought Bitcoin at the rate of $7500, I will suggest you sell your bitcoin if price falls close to $7000.

I think are normal corrections and nothing special even though it suffered a couple of hundred dollars decrease in price. Since the announcement of S2X being cancelled, people that bought their coins in anticipation of the event has sold their bought coins to pursue on other ventures and to partly make profit. If S2X continued, the price will also continue to push due to FOMO, and not going down like what's happening right now.

Investment in Bitcoin has nothing to worry and don't there is nothing too fishy here in bitcoin. If you are investing here and if you see some sought of correction now and then you can expect to see that even segwit 2x cancelled.By the way, 40 btc i really a big investment and here even little correction can wipe out your all profits if you didn't managed your money properly here. i am right now expecting to see a big bull run starting soon and then I will try to add more quantity of bitcoin here.
