I have the rig with 12 GPUs which determines work only on Linux. Do you have a Linux version of the program?

Yes, we have. After registration just choose pool your want, after pool selection you should click on "add rig" and then you can choose linux version

And can I connect absolutely any hardware?

If the program supports the algorithm on this hardware you can connect.
