Chain capacity increases over time  so Segwit2x or a similar upgrade will likely to take place some time in near future for sure. any insight you might have?

It is hard to just predict next chain split to increase the capacity of block but I am quite sure there are still many group or people or company out there which would like to initiate another fork. But all this fork is nothing more than cloning bitcoin.
