What cryptocurrencies and ICOs should I invest in for this month (November)?

I would ideally like to get one of those penny ico’s that I can invest $20 into and trade it when it gets those huge profit margins. I just don’t know which ICOs to invest in, anyone have any advice or websites or YouTube channel to check out? I’m new to cryptocurrency and the blockchain culture.
