Try steemit? you don't get BTC directly though. you'll be earning steem tokens for blogging/posting, these steem tokens can then be exchanged for BTC on bittrex.

There are some freelancing sites where you can offer your services, just put an advertisment. You could try here on forum too. If you can translate also you could earn even better. And it's also important on what language will you write because some languages are more wanted than the others. You will not earn very much but after a few articles if you will have good reviews you might charge more.
