Tokens and CoinMarketCap

Hello,

First, and most important, when does a new token appears on CoinMarketCap or symilar? Second, what do you think about Raiden Network (RDN)? And last, any recommendation on some good reads regarding tokens price?

Kind of new on this, so my questions may be a little obvious to some. But not for me  .
