hi, I live in thailand (phuket). I want also to import miners from Bitmain. not done yet. I ask many questions with Bitmain and DHL about the import fees.
To avoid a arbitrary tariff fee (10% I think), as there is a free trade agreement (0% tariff on 95% of products including computers) between China and Asean Countries (as Thailand) you need to ask a Form E (Certificate of Origine) from Bitmain, it costs about 80 $ per shipment (for 1 tracking number). so it is 80 $ even if you import more than one miner. you have to call the carrier (DHL, etc) to "open a request for push to bond and clear custums under Form E".
(not sure about this) you ask Bitmain to send to you the form E, that you will send to the carrier (DHL, etc).
Bitmain told me that they ship usually, separately the power supply. so it is better to pay the tariff fee as the power supply is cheap (105 USD). you have to pay the VAT (7%) and some fees for the carrier (15 USD for DHL).
