There was an article somewhere that did just that, I kind of lost it. Could we make this thread the "official" thread that lists all the different conferences? I'll start - the next one I'm aware of is btc london , an invite-only event targeted at entrepreneurs, VCs, and hedge fund professional (I'm attending btw).Update : See the list of conferences in the wiki . For those who add a new conference, please add it to the wiki for more visibility and order. (This is how you can edit rights to the wiki) |

This is the one I'm going to...https://unsystem.net/info/ While other conferences have tended to focus on the technical and business side of things (which is great), the Vienna conference in November aims to look more at the social implications of Bitcoin and how Bitcoin and other disruptive technologies are able to liberate and empower people. |

We need some kind of a rating system to find out which are the most important.
A database could include the following items:

 Is this the first edition?
How many people are expected? What's the size of the place?
 How many different conferences?

I also try to keep listing important conferences or events on bitcoin.org here: http://bitcoin.org/en/events But as a suggestion, I would love to see a larger list of conferences all over the world (including the very small ones) listed on the Wiki on this page:https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Conferences This way, I could add a link to it on http://bitcoin.org/en/events And this would help to give a greater visibility to all of these events. |

Looking at the list of speakers and panelists put up by the organizers, Bitcoin Europe geography does not include yet France, Italy, Spain, Portugal.. |

I'm going there too, but Amir Taaki never replied and looks like conference is cancelled. |

Start a meetup group yourself and see what happens.  I tried one in Seoul Korea, but no Dice as of yet.  Only got one response. |
