As previously noted, we vary greatly with our competition. More specifically, no other platform enables you to curate your own personal index fund. (In the future, we will allow users to invest into other user's personal index funds as well)

Our largest advantage is that we are decentralized. Our investment process is managed by smart contracts including user investment data and funds.  User funds are held in escrow by the smart contract until they are withdrawn by the user. Coinvest has no ability to touch or manage those funds including the liquidity pool that collateralize and back the investments. Once funds are withdrawn from a user’s portfolio, they can be stored in the wallet or spent using the built-in debit account.

What are the benefits for the investors, i mean if someone buys and holds the tokens will he be receiving any profit share from the company? Or the tokens are just for spending on the platform?

Investors benefit from value appreciation in the COIN itself.

Unfortunately we are not a security and do not offer profit sharing, dividends, or returns for investors.  However, 50% of company net profit will be leveraged to replenish the COIN reserve in the smart contract and for buybacks of COIN in order to ensure price stability and token asset holder value.

As more participants join the ecosystem, the community rapidly increases in size through network effects. As the overall ecosystem grows, transaction volumes increase requiring the need for COIN token purchases to fund smart contract execution. In turn, the value of the COIN token will appreciate organically through demand. But most importantly, community transactions increase and become perpetual.

When it starts pre-sale of tokens and are there any minimum investment?

Hi Morgan!  Whitelist opportunities are available now for private investors using a SAFT agreement.  Our planned pubilc presale dates are 12/18/17 - 12/31/17.  The crowdsale will commence after that in January.

And the adoption of investment is only possible in the ether as I understand it?

During the whitelist and presale, investors can contribute using BTC, BCH, and ETH.

During the crowdsale, only ETH as we have developed our smart contracts to automatically handle distribution of tokens and only accepts ETH in order to do that. Contributors will receive tokens immediately to their wallet upon purchase.

Thanks for the feedback and well wishes Cok_elat!  We recommend focusing on market cap versus price as that will determine the overall value in the market.  For example, our market is only $60M given our total token supply.  A lower market cap and token supply help maintain price stability.  We expect the price to continue to rise as we introduce more features, announce more partnerships, and prove traction in the market.

Suppose you want to buy 10 different COINS on an exchange, you would have to purchase each one individually and incur fees for each transaction, manage wallet storage for each different protocols, manage multiple, private keys, etc.
